By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of TubeCraft.

2. Description of the Service

TubeCraft is an AI-powered YouTube assistant that helps users generate video titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, and SEO suggestions.

The App integrates third-party services including:

YouTube Data API v3 (to display publicly available YouTube data)
OpenAI (ChatGPT) API (to generate AI-powered content)

TubeCraft does not access private YouTube data, upload videos, or modify YouTube accounts without explicit user consent.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TubeCraft. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

Users may sign in using Google Authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You agree not to access or use the App through unauthorized or unlawful means.
TubeCraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

5. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and lawful information
Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not generate illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, or copyrighted content
Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the App

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and how you use it on YouTube or other platforms.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete
You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing
TubeCraft is not responsible for YouTube strikes, penalties, demonetization, or account actions

7. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party SDKs and services including:

AdMob
Google Analytics for Firebase
Firebase Crashlytics
Facebook
Unity
OneSignal
AppLovin

Use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software associated with TubeCraft are the property of TubeCraft or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without prior written permission.

9. Suspension and Termination

TubeCraft may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

TubeCraft shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
Use of the App is at your own risk

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
